Submitting the availability or contact form sends an enquiry. It is not a confirmed reservation and it does not create a contract. We reply by email with availability and the total price for your dates. A booking exists only once we confirm it in writing and any agreed deposit has been received.

Every enquiry receives a reference number. Quote it in any correspondence about your stay.

Rates are quoted per stay for the dates and number of guests requested, in euro. Deposit amount, balance due date and accepted payment methods: [payment terms — to be provided].

Cancellation policy and any change fees: [cancellation policy — to be provided]. Until these are published, the cancellation terms of your stay are the ones stated in your written booking confirmation.

Check-in and check-out times, maximum occupancy, minimum stay, and rules on smoking, pets, events and additional guests: [house rules — to be provided]. The occupancy and stay limits enforced by our booking form reflect the property's registered capacity.

Guests are responsible for treating the property with care and for any damage beyond reasonable wear. Greek law requires us to record the identity details of guests staying at the property.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including transport disruption or weather.

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy. These terms are governed by Greek law, with the courts of [jurisdiction — to be provided] having jurisdiction.
